The 2022 Stampede was another great event. 348 runners tackled the 10-mile course with 223 participants taking on 4 miles in shady River Park.
Congratulations to all finishers of the 2022 Buffalo Stampede!
Nathan Kwan broke the course record with a finishing time of 50:09 (a 5:01 pace) after the lead bike had to shoo a rattle snake off the course for him to get through. RD Rousseve always makes sure to provide a multi-experiential race for all runners.
This year's first female winner was Jennifer Schmidt at 1:00:23 and a fast pace of 6:02.
Jenna Calvert of Elk Grove was the first female finisher in the 4-mile competition and set a new course record with a time of 26:12 (a 6:33 pace).
