Track Workouts


The Track at McClatchy High School

Summer Track Series 

We meet at 6pm every Thursday (March/April - July/August) at  the C.K. McClatchy High School Track. 

Workouts focus on building full body strength and running speed.

Monthly Time Trials

On the first Thursday of every month we bring out the race clock and record times for free!  Events include 400m, 800m, 1 mile, 3200m, and relays. Participate in all five time trial meets and track your improvements through the summer.
