The BUFFALO CHIPS' YOUTH PROGRAM needs KIDS! (and Parents, too!)

Our Youth Program is designed to use running as a means of promoting FITNESS and FUN, with the objective of building CONFIDENCE and SELF ESTEEM -- and hopefully, some of the fittest kids around. This is a great sport in which parents are encouraged to come in from the sidelines and play.

Our workout schedule offers something for nearly every level of runner. We have workouts on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Check Youth Chips Running Team Website for up-to-the-minute info about workouts and races.

There's no cost to participate, and the only commitment we'd like from you -- is to have FUN.

We'll encourage participation in fun runs ranging from 1/2 mile to the more typical 5K (approx. 3.1 miles); and for those who want to run faster, we'll offer opportunities to compete in USATF Youth Track and Cross Country events (we're really proud to have several members of the Buffalo Chips Youth Running Team who have competed in National Championships in both Track and Cross Country).

The Buffalo Babes are the High School Girls All-Star Team of the Youth Chips Program and are one of the most successful young women's cross country running teams in the USA. With several consecutive years as National Champions in cross-country, this program continues to be one of the Buffalo Chips crown jewels.
